Trevor Cole Band opened the show for Kyle Park & they ROCKED the hall for just under 700 people!
What a great weekend at the Chicken Ranch Dance Hall with 570 through the doors for Roger Creager on 2/24 & then 594 through the doors for Brandon Rhyder on 2/25! Wesley Westbrook Band!

Wesley Westbrook was born in Brenham, Texas where he began his music career. From an early age, music was always an important part of his life. Wesley began singing on stage at the age of 4. He continued to sing before large audiences and eventually began playing the guitar. After a few lessons and a little practice, he made that Takamine guitar sound like good ole country music! Later on, he was asked to be the lead singer in a band where his music career kicked off.
Currently, Wesley is writing songs and preparing for his CD which will be released this year! His passion for playing and singing Texas Country music continues to spread across Texas!

Q: Why did we change the name?
A: When we first opened the hall in 2010 we were primarily focused on having private events at the "Event Center" & having a few Public Dances. In time we have discovered how much we love Live & Local Bands.
So with that being said we wanted to re-focus the hall as what it is primarily used for, a Dance Hall. Staying true to the local roots of the area, we wanted to bring some history of Chicken Ranch along with sparking interest in the dance hall.
We have done alot of re-search on the Original Chicken Ranch and want to bring you as much history as we can on it through our Chicken Ranch memory wall featuring pictures of the Chicken Ranch, articles & write-ups on all the going on's!
Nothing but clean dancing fun here, family environment-All ages welcome and
smoke-free inside.
